This class is an in-depth study of the nature and role of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as seen in the Bible.
The doctrine of the Godhead, sometimes referred to as the Trinity, is an important doctrine that is sometimes misunderstood, ignored, or denied. This course will examine the doctrine of the Godhead from both a biblical and theological framework to better understand the nature and role of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. To accomplish this goal the student will engage the biblical text as well as examine some of the controversies and/or debates that have risen around this topic.
